UtilixAI Refund Policy

This Refund Policy outlines your rights regarding refunds for your one-time purchase of UtilixAI, including your rights under EU Directive 2011/83/EU.

1. Nature of the Service

UtilixAI is a digital service provided by Pepperose LTD. It is delivered electronically as a web-based platform and does not involve any physical goods. Upon completing your one-time purchase, you receive immediate access to the full suite of AI-powered document tools.

Because UtilixAI is a digital service, special rules apply to refund eligibility, particularly for consumers in the European Union (EU) and European Economic Area (EEA), as outlined below.

2. EU/EEA 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), consumers residing in the EU or EEA have the right to withdraw from a purchase of digital content or digital services within 14 days from the date of purchase, without providing any reason.

Important: This right of withdrawal is lost once you begin using the service. By logging in to UtilixAI and accessing any tools, uploading documents, or processing any content after your purchase, you expressly acknowledge that the digital service has been provided to you and you consent to the loss of your right of withdrawal.

If you have not used the service in any way, you may exercise your right of withdrawal within the 14-day cooling-off period and receive a full refund of your $19.99 purchase.

3. Refund Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund, both of the following conditions must be met:

  • Within 14 days of purchase: Your refund request must be submitted within 14 calendar days from the date of your original purchase.
  • Service not used: You must not have used UtilixAI after completing your purchase. Usage includes logging in and accessing any tools, uploading or processing documents, using any AI features, or interacting with the platform in any functional capacity beyond account creation.

If both conditions are met, you are entitled to a full refund of $19.99.

4. One-Time Purchase Terms

UtilixAI is sold as a one-time purchase for $19.99 (USD). This section clarifies the nature of the purchase as it relates to refunds:

  • No subscription: UtilixAI is not a subscription service. There are no monthly or annual charges, and there is nothing to cancel on a recurring basis.
  • No auto-renewal: Your payment of $19.99 is charged once and only once. There are no automatic renewals, no recurring billing, and no future charges of any kind.
  • No trial period: UtilixAI does not offer a free trial. Your purchase grants immediate, permanent access to the full service.
  • Lifetime access: Once you pay $19.99, your access to UtilixAI is permanent. There is no expiration date on your access.

5. Situations Where Refunds Are Not Available

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

  • Service has been used: If you have logged in and accessed any tools, uploaded documents, processed content, or otherwise used any feature of UtilixAI after your purchase, your right of withdrawal is forfeited.
  • Documents have been processed: If any documents have been uploaded, analyzed, converted, or otherwise processed through UtilixAI, the service is considered to have been consumed and a refund is not available.
  • 14-day period has expired: Refund requests submitted more than 14 calendar days after the date of purchase will not be accepted.
  • Fraudulent or abusive activity: Refunds will not be issued if the purchase or refund request is associated with fraudulent activity, abuse of the refund policy, or any violation of our Terms & Conditions.
  • Repeated refund requests: If a pattern of purchasing and requesting refunds is detected, we reserve the right to decline the refund and terminate the account.

6. How to Request a Refund

  • Your full name (as used during purchase).
  • The email address associated with your UtilixAI account.
  • Your purchase date and order reference (if available).
  • The reason for your refund request (optional).

We aim to acknowledge all refund requests within 24 hours and will notify you of the outcome as soon as your request has been reviewed.

7. Refund Method & Processing

  • Approved refunds will be returned to your original payment method (the credit card, debit card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay account used for the purchase).
  • Refunds will be processed within 14 calendar days from the date we approve your refund request.
  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement. Pepperose LTD is not responsible for delays caused by third-party financial institutions.
  • The refund amount will be $19.99 (the full one-time purchase price). Any currency conversion differences or fees applied by your bank are outside the control of Pepperose LTD.

8. Chargebacks

We strongly encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider. We are committed to resolving refund requests fairly and promptly.

Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in the immediate suspension or permanent termination of your UtilixAI account. Fraudulent or unwarranted chargebacks may be contested, and we reserve the right to provide evidence of service delivery to the payment provider.

9. Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. If you believe you have a legitimate reason for a refund that falls outside the standard eligibility criteria described above, please contact us at help@utilixai.com and explain your situation. We will review your request on a case-by-case basis and respond as fairly and promptly as possible.

Pepperose LTD reserves the right to grant or deny exceptional refund requests at its sole discretion, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
